Resort De Steppe

Resort De Steppe is located in Ulicoten, a village within the municipality of Baarle-Nassau. Covering a vast area of more than 18.8 acres, it is a new eco resort in the middle of a natural environment in North Brabant. Baarle-Nassau is well-known for the national border running straight through the village. Therefore, this unique village offers the best of two cultures, all within a stone's throw. 

Within driving distance you'll find cities such as Tilburg, Turnhout and Antwerp, but also nice attractions including Bobbejaanland (Belgium), the Efteling, and Safaripark Beekse Bergen. A popular location for tourists, yet allowing you to experience the peace and quiet of our park. 

In developing De Steppe, durability is an important aspect. Our Eco Bos Villas do not rely on gas at all and are built only using premium, environmentally friendly materials of the highest quality. We've opted for ModiWood cladding which consists of durable wood giving the villa with a natural appearance. This makes the villa blend with the natural surroundings of the park.
