Taking out a mortgage for a vacation home

One way to finance your vacation home is to take out a mortgage. It's not always easy to get a mortgage for a vacation home. Partly as a result of this, Kleen Resorts and ING have launched a partnership in which ING provides support for sustainable new construction projects. ING's new-construction mortgage not only helps you when you take out the loan, but also throughout the entire term of the mortgage. For example, if you purchase an energy-efficient home with an energy efficiency rating of at least A, you can take advantage of a sustainability discount: this is a discount applied to your mortgage interest rate. But there's more!
