One way to finance your recreational home is to take out a mortgage. A mortgage for a recreational home is not always easy to obtain. ING's mortgage for newly built homes helps you not only at the time of taking out the mortgage but also throughout its term. For example, in the case of energy-efficient homes with at least an energy label A, you will benefit from a sustainability discount. This is a discount on top of your mortgage interest rate.
