For private use - do you want to have your own spot in Heinkenszand or Yerseke? You can pick private use. In this case, you only use the home recreationally yourself.

To fully rent out - if you choose to fully rent it out, you receive an attractive yield of 6.5%. Our professional rental organization takes care of everything to do with renting out for you.
