The 12-person Eco Bos Lodge is unique in its design, construction, and location! Designed specifically for De Steppe with plenty of luxury and comfort. The Eco Bos Lodge is completely off gas and built with high-quality natural materials, such as facades made of treated wood. The high-quality insulation makes the house very energy efficient.

The Eco Bos Lodge comes with a luxurious, modern kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, a large refrigerator with a freezer compartment, an induction cooktop with hood, a combination microwave, a sink with a faucet, a large countertop, and plenty of storage/cabinet space.

Spacious living room

The spacious living room has an open living and dining area, which immediately provides a warm and cozy feel. The numerous large windows provide an extra spacious feeling and plenty of light. From the living room, you can walk right onto the covered patio where you can enjoy and recover from everyday life., Through a sliding door, you can walk straight from the living room into your garden, where you can enjoy the large garden that you can arrange to your liking, so that it becomes your green oasis.

Spacious bedrooms

There are 6 spacious bedrooms, 3 of which are spacious bedrooms with a double bed (box spring), built-in wardrobes with sliding doors, a TV connection, and a double turn-and-tilt window. The other bedrooms are equipped with a bunk bed, closet, turn-and-tilt window.

Luxurious bathroom

The luxurious bathroom features wall panels that look like tiles by Fibo Trespo. These wall panels are 100% waterproof due to the Aqualock click system and are easy to clean as well as antibacterial and impervious to mold. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, sink with a cabinet and mirror, toilet, tilt/turn window, and mechanical ventilation.

Add-on King & Queen

This version is the Queen of add-ons: no fewer than 2 add-ons so you can invite the whole family/friends group for an unforgettable stay.

You will find the two add-ons on the other side of the covered patio. The Add-ons are made of the same materials and with the same construction method as the main residence so that they combine into one singular property. Actually, the Add-ons are independent residences with their own bathroom equipped with a toilet, shower, a sink with a cabinet and mirror, a turn-and-tilt window, and mechanical ventilation.

Add-on 1 is extra large, so there are two spacious bedrooms, one of which has a double bed (box spring), built-in wardrobes with sliding doors, double turn-and-tilt windows, and a TV connection. The second bedroom is equipped with a bunk bed, a closet, and a turn-and-tilt window. Add-on 2 has one large bedroom equipped with a closet, 2 bunk beds, a tilt/turn window, and a TV connection.

Due to the high-quality insulation, the villa is very energy efficient and completely winterproof. ModiWood cladding was chosen over plastic. ModiWood is treated wood that gives a natural look to the villa. As a result, the villa easily blends into the natural surroundings of the resort.

Modular construction
