What do the tiny houses look like?

The tiny houses at our resorts differ in appearance, dimensions, and options. The surface areas vary from 35 m² to 64 m², there are houses with and without a sedum roof, and there are wellness options. The recreational homes are suitable for 2 to 6 people and have generous plots on their own land. The homes are equipped with all the necessary luxuries so you can enjoy your investment without any worries. The tiny houses are sustainably built and most are energy neutral. Buying a tiny house with your own land

At Kleen Resorts, you are buying a tiny house with your own land.  This means you are the full owner of both the spacious plots and the recreational home. On Bospark 't Schipbeek, the plots are at least 500 m² in size!  This means your tiny house is on the site of the vacation park, but the land on which the house stands is yours. This way, you do not have to worry about the land and you or your guests can use the various park facilities.

Buying a tiny house to rent out or for your personal use?

You can buy a tiny house for your personal use or to rent it out. Kleen Resorts' tiny houses almost all have a recreational zoning designation, which means they must be rented out for a minimum number of days per year. How many days this is varies by resort. When fully rented out, you would receive a guaranteed return while when partially rented out, you would benefit from a variable return.
