May 2026 – Discover the latest developments at our resorts

Construction Update: Fryske Mar

Transformation is in full swing at Fryske Mar, and the progress is impressive. While we were recently still working on the foundations, the park has now truly come to life.

The project is moving at a rapid pace:

  • March: A major milestone; on March 12, the first 8 homes were successfully placed on their foundations.
     
  • April: In April, the park expanded further with the installation of 10 Yfke homes.
     

  • May: This month, we continue the momentum by welcoming 9 new Lutze homes.

     

  • June: The final major phase will take place with the installation of another 16 homes.

In addition to construction, work is ongoing on the infrastructure; the sewage system is complete, and utility connections are being prepared. Interest remains high: with 80% of the homes sold, the sales process is entering its final stage.

Construction Update: Resort Oysterduinen

At Resort Oysterduinen, we have reached the final finishing stages. The resort is achieving its definitive, luxury appearance, and the final details are being perfected.

  • Completion of Homes: At the end of April, the very last five homes were installed. This marks the completion of all home placements at Oysterduinen, a significant milestone in the resort's development.
     
  • Infrastructure & Landscaping: The final layer of asphalt has been laid, and all parking spaces are clearly marked. The gardens in Phase 3 are looking beautiful and are fully lawned, giving the park an immediate green and well-maintained feel.
     
  • New Facilities: We continue to enhance the guest experience. Work is currently underway on a new multi-sport field. Additionally, the permit for the luxury hotel studios has been officially granted, and construction has begun in the former manager's residence.
     
  • Surroundings: In the immediate vicinity, the municipality of Reimerswaal has started the redevelopment of the Koningin Julianahaven. While independent of the resort, this harbor upgrade provides a wonderful quality boost to the entire area.
