What types of homes can I buy?

The holiday homes are cottages equipped with every luxury and comfort. The homes are equipped with a kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, an outdoor patio, and optionally your own wellness facilities such as a sauna and a hot tub. Besides the fact that this is wonderful for personal use, the demand for wellness holidays is also increasing.

What is the return on a holiday home?

Short-term investing has a maximum term of 12 months. You will receive a fixed monthly return payment of 9%. Medium-term investing has a term of 1 - 5 years with a monthly return of 6.5%. Long-term investing has a term of +5 years during which you become the owner of a holiday home. You will benefit from a return of 8-9% if you choose to rent out the home. You can then continue to use the home yourself.

Kleen Resorts offers you the opportunity to buy a sustainable luxury cottage or tiny house in a beautiful environment. The holiday homes can be found in Hellendoorn (Overijssel), Yerseke and Heinkenszand (Zeeland) and Nieuw-Vossemeer (North Brabant). The chalets, suitable for 2, 4 or 6 persons, are equipped with every luxury you could wish for, with a hot tub and sauna as optional additions! It is possible to make the purchased holiday chalet available for letting as well as for your own use. When you rent out your holiday chalet fully, you will benefit from a guaranteed return of 6.5% on the holiday parks and as much as 7% on Oysterduinen!

The homes are a valuable investment with an attractive return. Because we understand that buying a luxury chalet doesn't happen overnight, we are happy to offer support in this regard. If you are interested in one of the holiday homes, you are always welcome to visit one of our parks. We will then guide you in choosing your ideal location and home. Would you like to (partly) rent out your home? If so, Kleen Resorts is happy to take care of everything for you so that you can enjoy the returns without any worries. Our rental partner works every day to achieve the highest possible occupancy rate through activities like (online) marketing and professional management and maintenance.
