Construction update Recreation Park Oysterduinen

The infrastructure at Resort Oysterduinen is making great progress with the electricity network reinforcement becoming operational in mid-June, allowing 18 homes to be delivered in June/July. A completion party will be organized for these owners soon. In addition, 10 new homes will be installed in June and some homes will have hot tubs on decks with chestnut poles for added privacy. Phase 1 asphalt placement is complete and will soon receive roadway markings.

The resort is also undergoing several other improvements: together with the municipality, signage is being changed from “Camping Sun and Sea” to Resort Oysterduinen, and intern Olivia is reinforcing the reception team until the end of August. Of the last available homes, only 7 remain (3 Dune Helmets, 1 Sea Breeze and 3 Pearl Views), for which a flyer campaign has been launched to stimulate sales.

Construction update Lake Retreats

All nine lots of the exclusive Lake Retreats project on the Vinkeveen Lakes have officially found an owner. The new owners are warmly welcomed to this unique water project, with the developers looking forward to the joint realization.

The project is currently in an intensive preparation phase, in which especially the complex transportation of the homes by water requires a lot of attention. This process requires careful planning and preparation time in order to place the homes safely and efficiently in their final locations. Although there are not weekly updates due to the nature of the project, the team is working unabated on all necessary steps and owners will be notified immediately as soon as significant milestones are reached.

Construction update Resort Vosseweide

The range of show models at Resort Vosseweide is being expanded with two new home types: in addition to the existing Wilgendroom and Rietkreek, a Zwaluwvlucht and Vlinderstulp will soon be added. This will allow customers to get a more complete picture of the various housing options at the park. The food truck continues to be a great success during sales days and will also be present during the next sales weekend on June 20 and 21.

The Vosseweide project is showing great interest with an average of 12 appointments per day during sales weekends, confirming the significant enthusiasm for recreational homes at this location. The installation of fiberglass is planned for week 26, providing fast and stable internet connection. In addition, current owners are invited to share their experiences through interviews, so that their stories can help future buyers in their choice.

Construction update Fryske Mar

The May 16 walk-in meeting for Fryske Mar was a great success with about 40 enthusiastic visitors. The event was complemented for the first time with a food truck, which was very well received by the customers who really appreciated the personal touch and relaxed atmosphere. Orders have now been placed for the first homes sold, with the aim of completing them before the end of the year.

The project is making good progress on several fronts: the popular waterfront lots are almost sold out with only three available, the marina still has annual spaces available for future boat owners and work is underway with the municipality and owners on a new park name. In addition, the water permit process is proceeding according to plan, with constructive discussions taking place with water boards and other stakeholders.
