June 2026 - Discover the latest developments at our resorts

Construction update Fryske Mar

On Fryske Mar, the transformation is in full swing and the progress is impressive. The work is progressing at a fast pace:

  • Placement of homes: The first three phases have now been successfully put in place. In total, there are 26 homes currently standing on the park, clearly showing off the progress on the site.
     
  • Infrastructure & setup: Of these first phases, two are now fully connected to the necessary utilities. In addition, at one phase, the gardens and patios have already been partially laid out and the furniture has been installed. Step by step, the first homes are being made ready for use.
     
  • Start of rental & completions: The first three phases are expected to be available for rental in mid-July. Everything is being prepared behind the scenes to get the rental business off to a good start and the first completions will soon be scheduled with the owners.
     
  • On-site management: A recognizable point of contact has been appointed at the park. Bert Hofman will oversee the order, safety, and appearance of the park as the on-site manager. He also serves in a practical managerial role regarding the general facilities, the marina, and the Lutskade.

Construction update Resort Oysterduinen

At Resort Oysterduinen, we have entered the last operational phase. Now that development at the park has been completed, the focus shifts to an optimally functioning resort and shaping a shared recreational environment. An overview of the developments:

  • Positive rental results: The first rental results heading into the high season paint a beautiful picture. In May, an occupancy rate of over 60% was achieved at Oysterduinen, and the figures also look promising in mid-June. This underscores the strong appeal of the location, quality, and facilities of the resort.
     
  • Establishment of park association: Now that the park is completely sold out, a new phase is beginning. The establishment of a park association is being facilitated to discuss daily matters in a structured manner. Owners who wish to contribute their ideas can express their interest until July 1st. The goal is to eventually establish a single point of contact for efficient communication with park management.
     
  • Save the date: A beautifule milestone should be celebrated! Mark Saturday, August 15th in your calendar. The festive Grand Opening of Resort Oysterduinen will take place between 10:00 a.m. and 17:00 p.m., coinciding with the Yerseke at Sea event. An official invitation with the full program will follow shortly.
