The work is proceeding according to plan. The site has been cleared: old paving, cables and pipes have been removed and the vegetation has been cleared. Before the end of this year, the ditches will be dug out and the waterways deepened.
In January, construction of the underground infrastructure (sewers, electricity, water) will commence. From February onwards, eight homes will be installed in the park each month.
In June 2026, the first 24 homes will be ready for rental, fully connected and equipped with landscaped gardens and complete interiors.

Work on phases 2 and 3 is proceeding according to plan. Underground containers will be installed at the entrance for proper waste disposal.
At the rear of the resort (houses 39-42), concrete retaining walls will be installed to maintain the ground level and prevent subsidence of the gardens. Once this is complete, work will continue towards the long side of phase 3.
In phase 2, the groundwork will be completed at the end of this month, after which the construction of the paths can begin. We aim to have the grass behind the houses in place before Christmas.
The last houses will be installed on 18 December. After completion and technical inspections, the handover will follow.

Energy connections
During the preparation of the project, a central energy connection was initially assumed. After further consideration, it was decided to modify this and to have the energy connections set up individually.
The properties are registered separately in the BAG register. This means that each home has its own 3 × 25 amp electricity connection. In the current situation concerning the electricity grid, it is difficult for projects such as these to obtain a single, heavier central connection. The choice for individual connections is therefore not only practical, but also offers clear advantages for you as the owner.
An important advantage is that you can sign the energy contract yourself and are free to choose your energy supplier. This provides flexibility and control, especially in today's dynamic energy market.
Huis ter Heide in winter atmosphere
In recent weeks, Huis ter Heide, like the other parks, has shown a special side of itself. During the snowy period, the park looked peaceful and cozy. The winter conditions emphasize the natural setting and quality of the park and show that Huis ter Heide has its own charm in every season. The images from this period provide a beautiful preview of the experience guests can enjoy here.

Work on the site has made good progress in recent weeks. All foundations for the homes have now been completed, including the concrete floors. This lays an important foundation for the next phase of the project.
Homes under construction
At the same time as the work on site, all nine homes are currently being built in the factory. Construction is proceeding according to plan, and the homes are expected to be ready in February. This means that we are working towards a special and distinctive moment within this project.
Unique location above the water
After completion at the factory, the homes are transported to a loading area on the edge of the Vinkeveense Plas lake. From there, the houses are placed on a flat boat and transported across the water to the land strips. They are then placed on top of the concrete floors on site.
This logistical operation required a great deal of preparation in advance. We look forward to seeing this unique part of the project put into practice soon.
Once the houses have been installed, the dam walls and shoring can be installed. This will be followed by further work on the plots. We will, of course, keep you informed about these next steps.
