How do we determine your return?

Our home prices are based on a minimum net return of 6%. For this purpose, we have independent forecasts drawn up based on comparable vacation parks in the region. The return is often higher in reality, especially as brand awareness increases.

At Kleen Resorts, we offer you two options so that you can choose what best suits your investment goal, with the exception of parks that do not operate with a fixed return.

You can often choose between a variable return, that allow you to take full advantage from peak periods, or, in some cases, a guaranteed fixed return for an agreed number of years.

Can I also vacation in my home?

Certainly! Many of our owners opt for a combination of return and personal use. When you buy a holiday home to rent out, you can often use the property yourself for a number of weeks per year. During the remaining periods, the property is rented out by our professional organization to maximize your return.

Who takes care of the maintenance and cleaning?
