Construction update Recreation Park Oysterduinen

Resort Oysterduinencontinues to grow with currently 32 recreational homes and an expected delivery frequency of 6-8 new homes per month. This quarter, deliveries are scheduled for new owners, who will be personally notified of the key handover.

Rentals are performing above expectations with many positive guest reviews. Guests appreciate the location near Yerseke and the Oosterschelde, despite the fact that the park is still under development. The infrastructure is becoming more complete: all roads have now been asphalted and the first charging station for electric vehicles has been installed. Construction of the top layer of asphalt for phase 1 will follow in week 19.

The combination of growing occupancy, positive guest response and advancing infrastructure shows a resort in healthy development toward completion.

Construction update Recreation Park Hellendoorn

There are now 10 homes added to Recreatiepark Hellendoorn. At the beginning of June there will be 1 more house before the high season starts. These will also be completed as soon as possible, so that the owners can still use the house during the high season or can rent it out.

After the high season we will install the last two homes and then the park will be completed!

In mid-May, work also began on the semi-paving of the roads, laying fiberglass, installing wadis and water gullies and installing a barrier. These works will be completed by the end of May and will be delivered to the CoE.

Construction update Recreation Park Stelleplas

At Recreatiepark Stelleplas, almost all of the homes have been installed in the past few months. We are expecting the very last home on the park before July 1, so that the park will be completely finished after that!

We are also doing our utmost to deliver these homes as quickly as possible, so that they can be used or rented out as soon as possible.

Construction update Lake Retreats

Lake Retreats will have a special, personalized approach because of the unique nature of this project on the Vinkeveen Lakes. The special transportation of the recreational homes by water will be further explained in future updates.

The successful open day on April 19, complete with sloop boating and barbecue, led to the sale of all nine lots. All available lots have found an owner, with three more sales subject to financing about which there is a positive response.

Preparations are in full swing: accurate site measurement has taken place for the elevation plan, tendering procedures for construction are underway, and NUTS facilities (water, electricity, sewage) are being worked out for smooth connection.

Construction update Resort Vosseweide

The open days on April 11 and 12 were successful with many interested visitors and good conversations. The food truck was appreciated as a welcoming addition and may be used more often at future events.

In addition to the open days, there is a steady stream of appointments during the week, indicating continued interest in Vosseweide.
Permit processes with municipalities and water boards are ongoing, and above-ground remediation at the park has been actively conducted in preparation for realization.

Two show models will soon be installed - the Zwaluwvlucht and the Vlinderstulp - giving visitors a concrete impression of the recreational homes and their possibilities.

Construction update Fryske Mar

Recently, five homes have gained new owners, who are welcomed to the future Park Fryske Mar community. A placed hot tub on the property gives a taste of future wellness opportunities.

The April 4 and 5 open days and individual sales calls show a lot of interest and enthusiasm for the project.

Construction preparations are proceeding according to plan: the water permit has been requested from the Water Board and tenders have been sent to several contractors. Multiple proposals are currently being reviewed for a final proposal.
